Agostina joins us fresh out of university where she studied Business Management. Having completed an exciting internship at MullenLowe Profero in Beijing, where she co-ordinated several different marketing projects, Agostina comes to us highly recommended and plays an integral role on all client as well as EARN internal projects.
Becky has come from a brand consultancy background, specifically looking at how business, brands and consumers work together to drive culture forward. She has worked across alcohol brands, food, technology and fashion; leading brand transformation projects for Sony Mobile, Gruppo Campari, Nike, C&A, Molton Brown, ASDA, FatFace, GN and Argus. She has seen how the EARN model can impact culture and commerce, and believes that the future of marketing is bright.
Briar has over four years of marketing and advertising experience across a variety of industries including FMCG, banking and insurance. She is proactive, organised and passionate about getting business results for her clients. At EARN Briar helps bring innovative ideas to life through strategic thinking and creative outputs.
Charles is the founder of the award-winning global media group Twofour, a factual, features & entertainment television producer and content agency. He came to be our Chairman through his work as our mentor via the Nesta Creative Business Mentor Network.
Twofour’s fast paced growth led it to become one of the UK’s largest independent production companies. It was twice named the UK’s top production company by Broadcast Magazine in 2010 and 2014.
Charles stepped down as Group Chief Executive when he sold Twofour in 2013, at which point the group had circa £60 million turnover and 350 employees.
Charles chaired the UK independent trade body Pact (Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television) for 2 years and he is currently Chairman of the Creative England Trading Company, a Director of Creative England and an independent Governor for Falmouth University.
One of the world’s leading creative consultants, Jamal previously led the marketing teams at Monster Energy and Red Bull, where he was pivotal in developing each brand’s revolutionary approaches to marketing and winning both brand true fans. With over ten years of experience working as a creative producer and consultant on some of the most influential and high profile brands including 118 118, Stella Artois, Chloe, Red Bull and Channel 4, Juliette has a passion for helping brands to discover and support amazing people and talents across the world. Juliette develops and oversees all of EARN’S creative concepts and projects.
Leila is a passionate marketeer with over nine years’ experience enjoying diversity in her work life has worked across a range of sectors and brands from sports brands through to FMCG’s and banking. At EARN she excels at building strong client relationships, delivering exciting, effective and successful projects, motivating her team and managing budgets from inception to fruition of a campaign
Lexie studied fashion marketing and branding at university but it was when she was writing her dissertation she realised her interests and inspirations lay a little broader than this. Initially inspired by the conference MIDEM she looked to explore how brands could use the mediums of music to increase their equity and engage emotionally. At EARN she helps bring imagination and energy to the team.
Morgan has over 6 years of marketing and advertising experience across a variety of industries including FMCG, banking, cosmetics and higher education. She is ambitious and enthusiastic with a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life. At EARN Morgan works to solve problems and earn brand love for her clients.
Prior to joining EARN, Nichola worked in event and brand management, helping to create and grow the Red Bull brand in the UK, creating and developing both the Red Bull Air Race and Flugtag events in London, as well as the facilitation of the Red Bull Music Academy at their new HQ in London Bridge. At EARN, Nichola is the oil in the engine, making sure things run as smoothly as possible across every project.
Ollie comes from a background of digital and social media, having worked on a number of brands across FMCG, travel and tech, while at TMW Unlimited. He has also had internships with McCann, Rolls-Royce and with television production company Twofour. He is passionate about the innovative and exciting ways brands can interact with their consumers in an increasingly connected world.
Will has over 12 years’ experience delivering brand strategy and activation both at agencies and client side. Specialising in sport, entertainment and culture, Will has performed brand manager and partnership roles at EON Energy and Coca Cola whilst leading a breadth of projects for clients including Pepsico, Carlsberg, Levi’s, Powerade and Relentless Energy
